The harmonization of technical requirements of electrical/electronic products and its conformity assessment movement are getting more active worldwide in a borderless and global economy.
Responding to these developments, an Asia Network Forum (ANF) was established by CQC (China), ETC (Taiwan), JQA (Japan), KTL (Korea) and TUV-SUD PSB (Singapore) in 2000 and joined by QUATEST 3 (Vietnam) in 2009.
These organizations exchanged their opinions frankly during the first meeting and have reached the following conclusions.
Deals with establishing and updation policies for ANF operations and organizations
Works to promote ANF activities to members' clients, member candidates, and other competitions while it finds ways to sell ANF products
Make procedures, procedures and requirements to enhance technical competences and capabilities of member organizations through mutual cooporation.
Finds ways to reflect the harmonized position and views of ANF in regional and international organizations and for a on standards and conformity assessment matters.
Create common procedures and documents to conduct factory inspection processes required for ANF activities and mutual acceptances.
