Overview of the ANF Young Expert Program 2026
The ANF Young Expert Program is an annual initiative of the Asia Network Forum (ANF) that brings together young professionals from member organizations to exchange technical knowledge, strengthen international cooperation and foster the next generation of experts in testing, inspection, certification and conformity assessment.
Hosted by QUATEST 3, this year's program reflects the Center's continued commitment to promoting regional collaboration, technical excellence and knowledge sharing among ANF members.

Opening the event, Mr. Tran Quoc Dung, Director of QUATEST 3, warmly welcomed delegates from ANF member organizations and emphasized the importance of international cooperation in addressing emerging technological challenges. In his remarks, he highlighted the essential role of young professionals in advancing innovation, technical competence and sustainable development within the conformity assessment community.
The year 2026 also marks the 50th anniversary of QUATEST 3. Hosting the ANF Young Expert Program 2026 and the upcoming ANF General Assembly 2026 in Phu Quoc this October represents a significant milestone and a great honor for the Center, reaffirming its active contribution to the ANF network and its long-standing commitment to international cooperation.
Over the three-day program, participants will engage in technical presentations and professional discussions on new regulations and standards, electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), electric vehicle charging systems, green technologies, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and other emerging technologies. The program also includes a technical tour of QUATEST 3's laboratories in Cat Lai, providing delegates with first-hand insights into the Center's testing, certification and conformity assessment capabilities.
